OUR VISION
We as community managers play a number of roles in the success of a community association. Our vision is to serve as leaders, advisors, problem solvers, advocates and educators.
We intend to remain a small management firm to provide a personal, consistent, and caring service. It is our sole purpose to provide our management team an enjoyable work environment, to ensure they will be able to sustain a life - work balance.
Our clients trust us to do what is best for their community. We are guided by our ethics and client's interests in everything we do.
We keep with continuing our education and staying current with new law statutes/civil code.
We hold ourselves accountable. When we are faced with challenges, we see it through to resolution with clear communication, transparency, determination, and our integrity.
ABOUT US
Karrie Daugherty, CMCA
PRINCIPAL | FOUNDER SENIOR COMMUNITY MANAGER
I have over seventeen (17) years of experience in our industry, which includes managing condominiums, single family homes, and working for an HOA attorney as a paralegal for a couple of years. I appreciate that community management is a distinct industry that offers the opportunity to utilize my communication skills and ethics to achieve goals. I enjoy and thrive working with people and excel in challenging situations placed before me.

INTEGRITY means everything to me. My honesty and ethics are of value, both professionally and personally. Approaching every situation with these characteristics and always doing my best, results in a positive and successful outcome. I am consistent in keeping current with state laws and civil code while ensuring that the governing documents are adhered to - communication and understanding particular roles of owners and directors to meet responsibilities in maintaining and improving property values.

I am a Principal, Treasurer and Community Manager at Coastal Management & Consulting.
